I love watching Wimbledon and this fun recipe is perfect to snack on while you watch it – strawberries and cream popcorn. I’ve already tested it out with my family and it’s been a huge hit, maybe a little too moreish if anything as we all couldn’t stop eating it! Inspired by the strawberries and cream which are de rigueur for watching tennis but without any sloppy mess – this might just be the perfect snack for the summer.

Last weekend we stayed in a yurt at South Penquite Farm, we had an awesome time, even if it did rain a bit – it was the kind of break where that kind of thing doesn’t matter. I love glamping with kids, it’s such a fun way for them to enjoy the outdoors without me being under the pressure of having to deal with the tent or taking loads of gear with us.
