If it was up to my son I think he’d have ice lollies as his main source of nutrition, normally they’re not that great but the fresh fruit yogurt ice lollies I’m sharing today are actually a brilliant source of Vitamin D so they make the perfect snack. What’s more, they’re easy enough for kids to make too – my three and six year old made these. Oh and did I mention they’re delicious? I may have wolfed a couple down this week too!
