I have to admit that I’m not the biggest fan of winter and I love how cheerful everything seems in spring. These paper plate crafts for spring seem to show that too with easy, cheerful crafts to help put a smile on your face.

I’m a great believer that you can never have too many pretty things and this easy flower craft is the perfect way to brighten up the place! Although it looks easy (and it is, hurray!) there’s actually loads of opportunities for learning with this craft too.

This CD chick craft is super easy and quick to make and is a great way to use up any old CDs or DVDs that you’ve got lying around at home – I know we have a huge stash of ones that have become scratched over the years or that we don’t use any more. They’re a really different material to use and make a nice change to the normal paper plate crafts!

We’ve shared quite a lot of animal themed crafts for toddlers and with all things spring firmly on my mind today I’m sharing this easy sheep craft for toddlers.
Of course it’s a craft that can be adapted for older kids too and as preschool and older aged children grow more confident with scissors it’s one that they can enjoy too but on it’s most simplistic level with a little bit of grown up help this is an easy farm animal craft for toddlers that’s perfect for this time of year.
