Farm Color By Number
Farm themes and activities are something that are popular the whole year round, especially in spring when we think about all of the new animals and fall when we think about harvest topics.
As a mom myself trips to the farm are something my kids definitely have done throughout the year and I think most kids like farm animals so these themed designs are a great way to get kids to practice their color and number recognition. Plus color by number printables are a pretty good activity just for some relaxation too, coloring is normally pretty good for that!
In the PDF file you’ll find five different images to choose from. The first two are our color by number designs, the first one is in black and white while the second design has the color code at the top of the page colored in for you.
The next two pages are our color by sum printables, again with both a black and white design and one with a little more color.
Finally you’ll find a copy of the image below showing what the worksheet should look like when it’s all colored in.

How To Do A Color By Number Worksheet
These worksheets are really easy to do and require only minimal prep, before you start you’ll need print out the worksheet that you need and make sure that you have all the colors required. You can print as many copies as you like so it’s absolutely fine for classrooms and preschool too.
Choose an area of your picture to start with and then check the number in it against the color key at the top of the page and then color the area in that color.
If you are doing the color by sum design then you’ll need to work out the answer to the sum before you can see which color you need to use.
Keep going around all of the picture until the whole scene is colored in.
