I think there must be very few kids or grown ups that don’t like Star Wars! We’ve spent the last few weeks re-watching our favourite Star Wars films in anticipation of The Force Awakens being released. My kids love crafts that are about things they really love (have you seen our Batman crafts?!) so I thought some Star Wars crafts for kids would be perfect for them and maybe for your kids too?!

Feather Painted Turkey Craft for Kids
We had so much fun making our stained glass turkeys last week that I thought I’d give easy Thanksgiving crafts another go with this cute feather painted turkey craft for kids.
I did this craft with my daughter who is two so as one is her painting and one is mine you can see that it’s a craft that really is suitable for all ages.
Want to know who’s painting is which? Well keep reading and you can see if I can paint better than a two year old!

Stained Glass Frankenstein Suncatcher
We love making Halloween suncatchers. My son made this cool stained glass pumpkin suncatcher last year and this week I’ve been sharing some more suncatcher ideas over on the Edplace blog. There’s only one problem with this though. The toddler, she really, really does not like to be left out. It gets loud. So I’m thinking that maybe as we’re still reading Fox’s Socks she might not quite be ready for Mary Shelly’s novel, but this fun stained glass frankenstein suncatcher was a good way to introduce mixing colours and it was a whole heap of fun too.
Paint Chip Puzzles + Halloween Activities for Toddlers
I think that these paint chip puzzles might be the cheapest Halloween activity I’ve ever created for my kids? I guess they must be since they pretty much cost me nothing to make! I love Halloween crafting with my kids but at the rate they go through things the cost of doing activities can add up very quickly so it’s nice to throw in something thrifty sometimes! Today I’m sharing how to make these super simple paint chip puzzles as well as some of my favourite Halloween activities for toddlers to help keep the little people in your life busy this October.
Paw Patrol Sensory Tub
Paw Patrol. I think it’s got to be the most popular programme for kids at the moment, my two and all their friends are obsessed. But have you seen the price of the toys? Ouch! We love easy activities for toddlers and this simple idea means you can make the most of the cheaper toys without having to spend out on all the big pricey extras. Is it still a big thing to play with? Heck yes, but this Paw Patrol sensory tub will cost you pennies and even better if they tire of it you can happily throw it away guilt free, saving a bit of room in your toybox too!
