How to Make Your Paper Angel
To make your angel craft start by printing out the template. I’ve printed mine onto normal white printer paper but if you want to use yours as a decoration or you’d like to make an angel for the top of the Christmas tree then cardstock is a much better option as it’s more sturdy.
Once you’ve printed it out the next step is coloring. You only need to color in one hair style and you can choose if you’d like to color in one accessory, both or neither.

Next cut out all the pieces using scissors. If you are making a tree topper you will also need to cut out the strip for this at the bottom of the page.
If you want to turn this into an angel ornament then cut out the centre of the halo so that you can put a loop of string through it.
Glue the head onto your angel’s body and glue their hair onto this. Glue their halo onto the top of their head.
If you are using a dress decoration then stick this on now too.

Turn your paper angel over and glue the cut out wings onto the back of their body.

Your angel is now complete but if you want to turn it into a Christmas tree topper the tape the strip of paper from the bottom of the printable and using glue or tape make a loop from it.
Stick this onto your angel and it’s ready to use. I used double sided tape for this as it tends to hold a bit better than normal glue and as I wanted my angel’s to be able to stand up I stuck my paper loop to the bottom of my angel.
You can use them as decorations this way too but you will find they are much more sturdy if you’ve used cardstock.
