Beach Ball Craft Ideas
Coloring: Our printable is perfect to use as beach ball coloring pages, all you need to do is grab some markers, coloring pencils or crayons for an activity that’s super easy to set up.
Mosaic: Mosaics are great for fine motor skills, scissor skills and using up and old craft materials that you have around the house or in your classroom.
Scrap paper or cardstock is perfect but look out for materials like fabric, buttons, wrapping paper and old greetings cards too that you can glue onto your outlines. (It goes without saying that you always need to supervise young children when they are using scissors or small items such as buttons due to the choking risk.)
Dot Marker: Also known as bingo markers these are a great way to color in.
Choose your favorite colors for each section of the ball or use them to make a pattern in the different areas.
Playdough Mat: For a different way to color in this template why not use it as a playdough mat? Use different colored doughs to fill in each section of the shape, you could also add things like flowers, pom poms and buttons to decorate it for a bit of texture.
If you’d like to use this as a playdoh mat with more than one child then I would recommend laminating it.

This paper plate sea collage was one that I made with my daughter when she was a preschooler and we both really enjoyed creating them.
Our beach scavenger hunt is a great activity to do on a day out and kids can color each item as they find them.
