I love doing scavenger hunt’s with my kids and it’s something they really enjoy too, it’s such a simple way to get as much fun as possible out of an activity and these scavenger hunts which can be colored in are much loved in my household.
All you need to do is print them out and you’re ready to get started – perfect if you need an activity in a hurry.
Colouring in your scavenger hunt also means that it takes a little bit longer for your kids to complete them, if you’ve planned activities with your kids before you’ll know how it feels when they race through it in two minutes and then ask for something else to do.
The PDF is free to download and you can print as many copies as you like, so you can have one printable to share or have one for each person, go with what works best for you.

Do You Need To Find Everything on the Scavenger Hunt List?
Absolutely not! There’s no way that I could know exactly what things you have in your home or what you will find when you’re out so this is purely a list of popular items you might find.
There are some things on your Thanksgiving scavenger hunt that you’ll find pretty easy to look for like fall leaves and turkeys, but there’s also things on it that will take a little bit more effort and a bit more of a hunt outdoors.
Don’t worry about finding every item, after all no one wants to have their day ruined because they have to keep hunting until they find that elusive squirrel!
You could either give an allotted time to find as many items as you can or just go with a more relaxed activity coloring in items as you see them and seeing who gets the most.
