We’ve shared quite a lot of animal themed crafts for toddlers and with all things spring firmly on my mind today I’m sharing this easy sheep craft for toddlers.
Of course it’s a craft that can be adapted for older kids too and as preschool and older aged children grow more confident with scissors it’s one that they can enjoy too but on it’s most simplistic level with a little bit of grown up help this is an easy farm animal craft for toddlers that’s perfect for this time of year.

Is this a sheep craft or a lamb craft? I’m not sure but my daughter and I certainly had fun making it! There are loads of cute newborn lambs in the fields near us at the moment and this fun activity is a great spring craft for kids to make as well as being perfect for Easter too.

Since the round up of farm animal crafts for preschoolers that I shared the other week I’ve become a little obsessed with animal crafts as they’re so easy for kids to make and they look really cool. My kids decided that they fancied giving something new a go so we came up with this cute yogurt pot sheep craft, they’re currently in our dining room as part of our Easter decorations but they’re fun to make at any time of the year.

It’s spring which means that it’s the perfect time to go and visit a farm with the kids.We’re lucky in that we live near a few but as these are working farms and not petting ones I always look forward to the chance to go and visit one of the local farm shops where we can go and get a bit closer to the animals too. Farm animals are always a really popular craft subject for kids so I thought it would be fun to put together this little round up of farms animal crafts for preschoolers – hope you love them too!
