Elf Craft Tutorial
Start by printing your PDF onto thick paper or cardstock. As you will be able to move the joints of your elf once it’s finished you want something that isn’t at risk of tearing.
Color in the parts of your elf. You will only need to color in one head depending on whether you are making a boy or a girl and both the present and candy cane are optional.
Cut out all the pieces of your elf.
Using glue stick your elf’s head and belt onto their body, their hat onto their head and the bell onto their hat. If you are using the present or candy cane then make sure that you glue these on too.
Next you will need to make the holes in your elf for the split pins to go through.
To do this put your template piece onto a ball of playdough or plasticine and push the end of a sharp pencil through it. Remove the pencil and the hole is now ready to have a split pin pushed through it.
Match up the body parts to match those of the picture of the elf on the printable and join them together using the split pins.
