Farm I Spy (FREE Printable Activity)

This printable farm I spy page is the perfect activity for kids to do as part of a farm topic or when you’re planning a trip to visit a farm.

There are loads of fun farm themed things to find from cows and sheep to tractors and farm barns and you can count and color each item as you find it.

This I spy on the farm design is so cute I can’t decide which animal is my favorite, I think it might be the pig with it’s sweet little face?

These free I Spy worksheets are perfect for using at home or in classrooms and you can print as many copies as you like.

Inside the PDF file you’ll find three designs, the first one is in black and white so it’s perfect if you’ll be printing a lot of copies and want to save on printer ink.

The second has a bit more color with the border shaded in as well as the pictures next to the answer boxes at the bottom of the page all being colored.

The final design is the one that you can see below and shows you what the completed sheet should look like, most importantly it’s also the answer sheet so if you need to check how many hay bales there are in a hurry then this is your place to look!

• White printer paper
• Coloring pencils, colored markers or crayons

How To Do An I Spy Activity

Choose which design you would prefer and print it out onto white printer paper and grab something to color in your farm pictures, you’ll need a pen or pencil to write the answers onto your worksheet too.

Choose a picture to start with, for example the rooster and then color in all all those that you can find.

Count how many there were and then write the answer in the corresponding box at the bottom of the sheet and then do the same for all of the other items until your whole page is colored in.
