13 Borax Free Slime Recipes: Taste Safe Slime

Updated on by | 2 Comments

Well the craze for DIY slime still seems to be carrying on so today I’m sharing some really cool borax free slime recipes with you today – in fact all of these are taste safe or edible slimes! A lot of traditional slime recipes contain borax which the Canadian government advises against children using for crafts and making slime. I’ve previously made slime for my son using washing detergent but it’s something I wouldn’t do anymore and it’s not something I’d advise. Paper Plate Emoji Craft for Kids

Updated on by | 4 Comments

I know that this paper plate emoji craft for kids was a big hit with my two as they’ve taken their creations into school and nursery today to show them off!

Although perhaps emoji crafts aren’t the first kids craft you’d think of (at three and six years old my two don’t exactly text yet) there’s something about emoji’s that really appeal to kids.

Perhaps it’s the big kid friendly faces, perhaps it’s that they’re a grown up thing that looks like a kids thing. I don’t know but either way this fun paper plate craft was a huge hit here so hopefully it will be for you too.
