Apple I Spy
I love summer but I must admit that as the days start to get a little cooler and we move towards fall I get really excited.
I love all the fall themed activities and crafts that we share and apple activities are always the first ones that we go for so for me it’s just such a fun time of year coupled with back to school and the change of colors outside. I normally try to match apple activities with getting my kids to eat or cook with some apples but whether you choose to do that is up to you!
Inside the PDF file for this activity you’ll find three designs to choose from. The first is a basic black and white design that’s perfect if you are trying to stick to using black ink in your printer.
The second design has a bit more color to it with a green boarder and the apple themed items at the bottom of the page colored in.
Worried that if your kids ask you how many apple juices there are you won’t instantly know the answer? Our third sheet is the one for you, it’s a copy of the design below with all the answers written in for you.

Supplies Needed:
- Apple I Spy PDF
- White printer paper
- Coloring pencils or markers
How To Use Your I Spy Printable
Our apple I spy is super easy to use and really quick to get ready too, once you’ve downloaded the PDF file just chose if you want the color or black and white design and then print out as many copies as you’d like onto normal white printer paper.
Grab your colored markers or coloring pencils and decide which thing you want to look for first for example you might want to color in the leaves or choose the apple blossom.
Color each of those things in counting how many of them you’ve colored and then at the bottom of the page use a pen or pencil to make a note of how many there were in the box next to the picture of that item.
Keep going choosing a different item each time until you’ve counted all of the apple items on the sheet.
