All About My Mom Printable
As a mom myself I’m happy to admit that I love anything handmade or DIY that my kids have created and over the years I’ve definitely kept a bit of a stash of the things my kids have given me on this special day.
I don’t believe that giving a meaningful gift or keepsake should have to be expensive or cause any kind of stress for the adult helping my kids to create them so this Mother’s Day questionnaire for kids is absolutely perfect. These printables are low-prep, low-cost and low-stress, what’s not to love?
There’s definitely a good chance my kids won’t know my favorite food or they might not know my favorite color but I’d love to see a picture they drew of me or what they think I’m the best at and I think any daft answers would just make the whole thing even more fun and even more of a cute keepsake.
How To Use Your Mother’s Day Questionnaire For Kids
Start by printing the digital file onto white paper or cardstock. Normal printer paper is absolutely fine for this but if you want to make this a bit more durable and use this as a Mother’s Day gift then I’d opt for cardstock instead. Another option could be to put the finished questionnaire in a picture frame.
There are five options of different designs in the PDF file for you to choose from with mom, mum, mommy, mummy and a blank option that you could use for step-parents, grandma or whoever your kid would like to show some love and appreciation for. Just pick the one that’s right for your child.
You can print as many copies of these mom questionnaires as you like so they’re great for classroom use as well as for filling out at home.
Grab your markers, crayons or coloring pencils and answer all of the questions about mom. What is your mom the best at, what’s their favorite thing to do and what so they always say?
You can color in all of the parts of this printable if you like or leave it black and white, go with what works for you.
Don’t forget to draw a picture of your mom in the frame and to add your name at age at the bottom of the page too.
