You can use this printable PDF to help you set up activities for your child quickly meaning that you can spend more time together having fun.

Free Printable Tractor Template

Our tractor PDF contains two designs so you can pick the one that’s most suitable for what you want to do or choose the one that your child prefers.

The first design is more detailed and includes a seat, steering wheel and a ladder to help the farmer get into the vehicle while the second design is more basic.

You can print as many copies as you like of either design making it perfect to use in preschools and classrooms as well as at home.

Tractor Craft Ideas

Coloring

Coloring is one of the easiest activities to set up and it’s perfect if you need a simple activity for quiet time too.

All you need to do is choose your favorite tractor picture and grab crayons, markers or coloring pencils and you’re ready to get started.

Tyre Painting

Grab toy cars or tractors for a fun way to paint your printable template. Pour some paint into a plate or tray and then roll your vehicle through the paint.

Once the tyres are covered roll your car or tractor over the picture of a tractor. It might not be the neatest way to color something in but it is a lot of fun!

Paper Plate Craft

To make a simple tractor paper plate craft grab a paper plate and color or paint a farm scene on it.

It doesn’t need to be anything complicated, as you can see with our scarecrow paper plate craft you can just color a blue sky and green field if you like (although if you want something more complicated go for it!)

Color in your tractor template, cut out the outline and stick it on the front of your paper plate.

Obviously it won’t fit perfectly but it’s a fun way to make a different craft and we really like the way the tractor looks going across the field!

Make A Puppet

Print your template out on to card or cardstock and once you’ve colored it in carefully cut out the tractor shape.

To make a super simple puppet all you need to do is glue a popsicle stick or craft stick onto the back of it or to make a slightly more sturdy puppet glue the picture onto the front of an upside down paper bag so that you can put your hand inside.
