I’m so excited to share this free rainbow template with you for you to use in arts and crafts with your kids! I think that everyone loves rainbows, I know I certainly do and seeing one always brightens me up! Now with this free rainbow PDF for you to use you can have fun with your child creating your own bit of that gorgeous rainbow joy at home, school or preschool!…
These rainbow crafts for kids are all super easy to make and using our free template means that they’re super quick to set up too!
Rainbow crafts are brilliant for a number of themes that you might be looking at with your child, weather crafts and activities, St Patricks Day, spring, summer, colour, or just because you really like rainbows. There’s no shame in that one either as we love everything rainbow in our house (although my kids do tell me to tone down the clothes if they think I look like a kids tv presenter!)
Advert. Whether it’s boiling sunshine or tipping it down with rain there’s one thing that all parents spend the summer holidays needing to do and that’s keeping the kids busy! I love spending the summer holidays with my two at home but I know that I also get The Panic, after all six weeks is quite a long period of time and costs can stack up pretty quickly – I’m totally one of those people that can go out to buy a loaf of bread and come back with hardly any change from a tenner. No matter if you’re spending time indoors or out wilko have tons of great value ways to keep the kids busy, from awesome outdoor toys at low prices to craft materials that kids will love (my daughters eyes lit up when she saw our selection) and which we’ve used with some recycled materials to make a sweet rainbow suncatcher that’s great for fine motor skills too….
The weather seems dominated by grey, grey dull days at the moment and frankly I’ve had enough! We love sharing weather crafts and activities and rainbow crafts for kids are normally super popular around spring and St Patrick’s Day but frankly I can’t wait that long – we need more rainbow crafts now! We love crafts for toddlers and this simple activity was really easy to set up and make a a nice change for my toddler to using a paintbrush, I think it makes a pretty cool paint effect too and it’s easy to set up even if you don’t have all the colours you need!
