‘Wow!’ You know an activity is going well when that’s one of the main things your child is saying! My toddler has been a bit obsessed with sensory bins recently and to be honest, as they keep her busy for so long I’m becoming a bit obsessed with them too! She spotted these eggs and demanded they were bought, a few simple additions and we had a fun Easter egg sensory bin that is great for fine motor skills, sensory exploration and most of all, fun!

Surprise Egg Chicks
Are your kids obsessed with Surprise Eggs? My son is. Given half a chance he would spend all day watching surprise egg videos on YouTube and would make them the main part of his diet. Thankfully his mother won’t quite allow that yet! With Easter just around the corner I thought it would be fun to make something with them, these Surprise Egg Chicks would be great for hiding clues to an Easter Egg Hunt in or perhaps hiding a few mini-eggs or jelly beans?

Easter Egg Crafts for Preschoolers
With the Easter holidays approaching we’ve been getting excited about Easter and have started doing our Easter crafts for this year. Looking through last weeks linky it looks like we aren’t the only ones so this week I’m sharing some fun Easter Egg Crafts for Preschoolers that were linked up last week!
Easy Easter Sensory Bin for Toddlers
Up until now I’ve avoided making a sensory bin for my children at all. I love looking at ideas for activities for toddlers and sensory play but sometimes I can feel a bit overwhelmed by it and like I have to produce something amazing otherwise my kids won’t like it. Sometimes though the simple ideas can be the best. During a playdate the other week my four year old son and his friend were busy being four year olds and as such, my one year old daughter and her two year old friend needed occupying. I put together this simple Easter sensory bin for toddlers in about two minutes and they loved it!
