St Patricks Day I Spy
Whether you’re looking for a quick prep themed activity for St Patricks Day or you just want something in a rush to keep the kids entertained on a rainy day, this St Patricks I spy activity is a great choice.
You can print as many copies as you need so it’s ideal for using in a classroom or you can just print out one copy, whatever works best for you.
There’s loads of fun themed items to look for including leprechauns, rainbows, pots of gold, gold coins and shamrocks.
Plus if you want to make sure that you and your child have counted up the correct amount then you’ll be pleased to know that you’ll also find a completed answer sheet included in the PDF file.
Materials Needed

- White paper
- Coloring pencils or markers
- Optional – want to use the same printable again? You can laminate it and use a dry-erase marker to fill it out
How To Use This Printable
Print out the printable that you want to use, other than the color around the edges and of the themed items they are both the same.
Color in all of your St Patricks items as you find them and then count up the number of each thing as you find it eg how many flags there are. Once you’ve counted them up write the number in the boxes provided at the bottom.
If you need help counting them then you could cross out each item as you find it so that you don’t count it twice.
