Gingerbread houses are such a classic image for Christmas, whether you’re planning on making one or just like to see gingerbread decorations.

This cute design is perfect for coloring with it’s decorated windows, doors and roof and not to forget the little gingerbread man himself!

This coloring page would be great teamed up with our gingerbread man template, if you have more than one child at home you could also do the more detailed coloring sheet for them and give the template to your younger child as it has larger areas to color.

For the video I’ve used a combination of different crayola pens which are what my kids are using at home right now.

The Crayola Super Tips are good as they come in a really wide range of colours but I also really like the pip-squeaks as they’re great for little hands and so far we’ve never had an issue washing marks out of anything!

I like to grab my kids a sticker or colouring book for Christmas as it’s a great way for them to get a bit of calm time amongst all the festive craziness – plus they make great stocking fillers too! This Christmas colouring book for toddlers and this Disney themed Christmas colouring book both look perfect.
