Free Printable Elf on the Shelf Ice Cream Stand
The Christmas season is definitely the time to bring a bit of holiday magic and fun into your home, after all who wants to end up on the naughty list?!
We use a lot of free elf printables at this time of year because they help take the stress out of elf on the shelf for me and my kids love seeing all the fun things that their elf gets up too.
I’m not sure how much ice cream elves normally eat up at the North Pole seeing as it’s so cold up there, but as they’re in our homes during December I’m sure they’d like to try it out for a treat.
What is Elf on the Shelf?
Elf on the shelf is a tradition where a toy elf comes to visit your home from December 1st until Christmas Eve when they return to see Santa Claus at the North Pole.
How you decide to do elf on the shelf in your home is up to you. Some people move their elf each day, some people get their elves to encourage their children to do acts of kindness, some people go big and some people put their elf in quarantine for a week when elf gets sick.
I’m not going to judge on that one, twenty four days is a long time especially if this isn’t your first year!

Printable Ice Cream Stand Materials
- Elf ice cream stand PDF printed onto white cardstock
- Scissors
- Glue or double sided tape
How To Make Your Printable Ice Cream Stand
To make your elf prop start by printing the PDF onto white cardstock, this will give it more stability once it’s completed.
Cut out the pieces from the first three pages of the PDF, folding along the dotted lines where shown and carefully cut out the centre of the front of the ice cream stand so that your elf will be able to see out.
Using glue or double sided tape, attach the two sides of the ice cream stand along the folds.
Stick the two thinner pink strips along the back of the ice cream booth to give it more stability. You can also now cut out the ice cream menu and glue it to one of these strips so that the menu can be seen inside.
Cut out the umbrella shape and glue this to the front of your ice cream stand at the top to make an awning and cut out the ice cream sign and glue this to the front of the stand.
Finally cut out any ice cream shapes that your elf might like, you can also get your elf to hold these if you like by using a bit of double sided tape.
