We’ve started to do a few autumn crafts over the last week and this sweet fine motor skills craft was a quick idea after my kids asked for one more thing to make. At six my son is good with his letters but he’s enjoying helping my daughter (3) learn her alphabet. Her interest in letters has come as a total surprise to me but I’m happy to go with it! This autumn letter craft is super quick to set up and can be easily adapted as you’ll see below.

These fun DIY Harry Potter wands were my sons idea, we’re currently reading the first of the novels and when he saw what I’d bought while shopping for craft supplies he was determined that this is what we were going to make! This easy Harry Potter craft was suitable for both kids (3 and 6) with only a little bit of help but does require a tiny bit of patience – I’ll share the less patient version with you too though as I know that can be a struggle with the younger ones!

Even if by some miracle your kids school shoes still fit and look half decent there’s always something you didn’t realise you were going to have to pay for – we’ve had three different school uniforms for my son in three years so believe me I feel your pain. In way by trying to even out the expenditure I thought it would be good to share some free back to school printables. There’s practical things like morning plans, cute stuff like lunchbox notes and fun things like cake wrappers too so there should be something here for everyone!
