How Winston Delivered Christmas: Stained Glass Window Biscuits

14th November 2018 by Kate Williams | 2 Comments

Advert. Do your kids love Christmas stories? Mine do, to the extent that we’ve been reading them since August in the build up to the big day! I love adding a new book or two to our collection every year so when Macmillan Children’s Books asked if I’d be interested in taking a peek at How Winston Delivered Christmas and trying out the stained glass window biscuits I had to have a look. How Winston Delivered Christmas is no ordinary Christmas book though, it’s a book that will help you build new family traditions and keep your kids entertained for all of December in the run up to Christmas.

Love scarecrow crafts? We’ve also got a very cute printable scarecrow craft for you with this little basket that would be perfect for Harvest too!

I love activities that you can do alongside kids favourite books and these If You Give A Mouse A Cookie activities are all fantastic! The book itself is a classic with sixteen further books in the the series but of course you can’t beat the original! With maths games, sensory bottles and puppets these would make great If You Give A Mouse A Cookie activities for preschool but there’s plenty of fun ideas that older kids will enjoy too.
