Build a Reindeer Craft
As a mom I’m more than aware both how expensive Christmas is and how frantic things can feel sometimes in amongst all the festive fun so our Christmas printables for kids are designed to make life easier for you.
They’re free, quick-prep and have only the most basic craft supplies needed so that you can focus on having fun together.
Our cut and paste reindeer printable is a really fun Christmas activity so that kids can build their own Rudolph (or Dasher, or Dancer..)
It’s perfect for displaying at home or on classroom bulletin boards or you could even glue your finished reindeer on to the front of a folded piece of cardstock to make a cute Christmas card.

Reindeer Craft Supplies
- Free reindeer printable craft PDF
- White paper or cardstock
- Scissors
- Glue
- Colored pencils, markers or crayons
How To Make Your Paper Reindeer Craft
Print your PDF file onto white paper or cardstock. I’ve used normal printer paper for mine and this works absolutely fine but if you want to make yours a little more durable (and we’ve kept a lot of Christmas crafts over the years) then I’d recommend choosing cardstock instead.

Grab your coloring materials and color in all the parts of your reindeer as well as their collar and bell. You can leave your reindeer’s antlers white or color them in brown.

Using your scissors cut out all the parts of your craft, you’ll find a dotted line around each item to help guide you.

Add a little bit of glue to your reindeer’s ears and antlers and then stick the ears to the back of their head and the antlers to the front.

Glue your reindeer’s nose and eyes onto your their face.

Finally glue the bell onto the collar and then stick your reindeer’s head onto this to finish your craft.

As always your crafts are such fun, and so very much appreciated. Its all the little details like the bell that make the crafts so attractive.
I love that these free crafts can usually be made from what is on hand – or adapted to suit what is available!!
Sincere thanks and good wishes for a very Merry Christmas to you and yours.
All of your activities are fantastic! The kids here at the Thomas Branigan Memoria Library in New Mexico love making them and taking them home.
Thank you so much
