FAQ
Do I need any special supplies?
No, all you need is some normal printer paper to print your design onto and some coloring materials. Colored markers, coloring pencils and crayons are all perfect.
Can I print this more than once?
Yes, once you’ve downloaded the printable you can print it as many times as you like so it’s great for classroom use, youth groups, libraries etc.
What is in the PDF file?
Inside the file you’ll find five pages. The first two are color by number designs while the next two are color by sum.
With each one you’ll find an option of a plain black and white design that’s great for saving on printer ink and a version with the color key colored in.
You’ll also find a copy of the completed colored in page as shown below so that you can see what the finished sheet should look like.

How To Use This Free Printable
Start by printing the design that you want to use onto white printer paper and grab your coloring materials. Make sure that you have all the colors that you’ll be using – gray, yellow, black, peach, purple, blue, orange, green, white and brown.
Choose an area to start with such as the witch’s hat that the ghost is wearing and check the number on that item against the color key at the top of the page then color it in that color.
If you are doing the color by sum printable then you ‘ll need to work out the answer to the sum before you can check what color you need.
Keep going for each section across all of the design until you have colored in the whole sheet.

This pumpkin suncatcher is one that I made with my kids, it’s great for learning about color mixing, is good for supporting fine motor skills and most importantly they loved it and it stayed displayed in our window for months.
