What You'll Find on This Page
Easter I Spy
As a mom of two kids I’m a huge fan of low-prep activities. I think that at some point most of us have heard the dreaded ‘I’m bored’ and it’s always nice to have a quick and easy activity that you can turn to when you need it.
In the PDF file for this activity you’ll find three different images. The first is a black and white copy of our Easter I Spy which is perfect if you don’t want to use colored ink. The second activity sheet is the version with a yellow background and the images next to the answer boxes colored in.
Our third printable is for grown ups and has the answers filled in for you so you don’t need to worry if you’ve spotted all of the different Easter eggs or carrots, we’ve got you covered!
Materials Needed:
- Easter I Spy PDF
- White printer paper
- Coloring pencils or colored markers
How To Do An I Spy Activity
I spy activities are super easy to do. Once you’ve printed out the activity sheet that you want to do just pick one of the themed Easter items like the bunnies or lambs and then count how many of each of them there are in the printable. when you’ve counted them all just write the number in the box at the bottom.
We’ve left all of the items in black and white so that you can color each one in as you find it!
More Free Easter Printables
In the lead up to Easter my kids always get really excited about Easter egg hunts and themed activities and as I’m a great believer in making the most of where children’s interests are I’ve shared loads of free Easter printables to help you have fun and get creative without spending a fortune.
You can print as many copies as you like so they’re perfect for using in classrooms, preschools and libraries if you need something quick and easy to prepare.
I know I might be a little bit biased but I think that this printable Easter card is beyond cute, the chick is designed to be removable too.

Our Easter scavenger hunt is a great option for kids of all ages, older kids will be able to read the words for each item they’ll be looking for while younger kids will recognise the pictures.

Finally grab your coloring materials and scissors to make our Easter cut and paste craft and make sure to hide your Easter eggs in the long grass or behind the flowers.
