How To Use These Do a Dot Printables
Print your chosen ocean dot marker printable onto white paper. You can print as many of the designs as you like and as many of each design as you want so they’re great for using in preschools and kindergartens as well as using at home.
Grab your dot markers and start making colored dots on your design to color it in.

What Can I Use Instead of Dot Markers?
I love dot markers or bingo dabber pens due to their bright colors and their chunky size which makes them easier for little hands to hold, but if you’d prefer an alternative there’s definitely alternatives available.
Finger painting is a great low-prep option or you could use dot stickers or pom poms dipped in paint to decorate your ocean art, both of these would be a good way to support your child’s fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination too.
You could also adapt this activity by asking your child how many dots there are on each design or you could decorate the background of the picture.
