Frankenstein Template
Ok, let’s be honest we all know that this is really Frankenstein’s monster rather than Victor Frankenstein himself but somehow Frankenstein’s monster template doesn’t roll of the tongue quite so well does it?
As well as this free printable template you’ll find details in this post of some of our other favorite freebies that are perfect for some Halloween fun at home this spooky season or if you’re at school grab a load and create the best looking Halloween bulletin board out there!
Frankenstein Craft Ideas
Coloring – Coloring is always a great activity for kids because it’s so quick and easy to set up and it’s one that most kids normally enjoy too. Just choose your favorite template, print it out onto white paper and grab your coloring pencils, crayon or marker pens.
Collage – You’ll knew that Frankenstein’s monster is made out of lots of different things (eww) so this would be a great template to make a collage for! You can use all sorts of mixed media for this one, look for old colored paper or cardstock, used magazines, dry pasta, feathers, aluminum foil or natural materials like tree bark.
Playdough Mat – Place one of the more basic Frankenstein outlines into a clear plastic wallet or laminate it and then use it as a playdough mat. Kids mixing colors in our home has certainly meant that we have a lot of ‘sludge’ shades of brown, green and gray and you can also design your own eyes and mouth to add.
Mosaic – For a simple paper craft grab the scissors and glue and cut shapes out of colored paper to stick onto Frankenstein’s face. This can help support scissor skills and fine motor skills as well as being a good way to use up any scrap paper that you might have at home or in your classroom.
