We love Christmas food kids can make and these simple reindeer rice krispie treats are perfect – simple enough for little hands to make but cute enough you could give them as a gift too! What’s more you won’t need to buy 100 new ingredients to make them making them a perfect Christmas activity for kids.
Rice Krispie Treats Reindeer Ingredients
6 cups rice krispies cereal
3 tbsp butter
4 cups mini marshmallows
About 30 pretzels
15 red M&Ms (or smarties)
30 candy eyes

How to make your reindeer treats
First spray a 9 x 13 inch pan pan with cooking spray. Then in a large pot, melt your butter over medium heat. Add the marshmallows and stir until melted.
Remove from heat and pour in 9 x 13 inch pan cereal, mix well and then pour the krispie mixture into your 9 x 13 inch pan.
Using parchment paper (greaseproof baking paper), smush the mixture into pan making sure that it’s even.
Let it cool down and then cut it into 15 squares. Add 2 pretzels to each of your reindeer rice krispie treats for antlers, a red M&M or smartie for the nose and two candy eyes.
