Free New Year’s Eve I Spy Printable for Kids

New Years Eve can sometimes feel like a bit of a tricky one to navigate with children, you want them to enjoy the celebrations but it’s also not that unusual if you don’t want your kid to stay up until midnight, after all no one wants to start January off with an overtired kiddo.

What’s In The PDF File:

Inside the PDF file you’ll find three different pages.

The first is a black and white design that’s perfect if you’re trying to save on printer ink and is a great option if you want to print a lot of copies, for example for using in libraries or as an activity for a children’s New Year’s party.

The second page has a little more color with the border and pictures at the bottom of the page all colored in.

The third page is a colored in version complete with the answer key so if you need to know how many disco balls there are in a hurry you can check it out here.

• Colored markers, coloring pencils or crayons

How To Use Your I Spy New Years Eve Printable

Print the design that you would like to use onto white printer paper.

Choose one of the New Years icons such as the party hats and then color in all of these that you can find.

Count how many you found and write the answer into the box at the bottom of the page with the corresponding picture.

Do this again with each of the New Years themed pictures until all of the worksheet is colored in.

If you are using this as an activity in classrooms or New Years parties then you could use it as a competition to see who can count all of the items the quickest.
