We love any excuse to make a paper plate craft as they’re such a cheap material to buy and easy to get hold of. Toddlers will need a grown up to cut this paper plate twirler but they could certainly paint the paper plate themselves and adding the stickers would be great for fine motor skills.

I think these shaving cream fireworks were originally posted as a Fourth of July craft but all you would need to do is change up the colours to use it for New Year (although red and blue work for any time of year really!)
