How To Use These Do a Dot Printables
Start by printing your patriotic dot art PDF onto white paper. You can print all of the designs or choose your favourites and you can print as many as you like, making this perfect for preschools, kindergartens or as an activity at family parties or libraries.

Use your dot markers to start coloring in the design. Each picture is covered in dots and you will need to make a colored dot in each of these.

Keep going using different colored dot markers until all of your picture is colored in.
If you enjoyed coloring it then you can try out some of the other 4th of July designs in the PDF pack too.

What Can I Use Instead of Dot Markers?
I love how dot markers are more chunky than most kids colored markers, making them great for little hands, however if you don’t have any available there are lots of different ways that you can color in your printables.
One super easy way is to use finger painting or you could try making your dots with a Q-tip dipped in paint instead.
Pom poms can be used in two different ways, either dab them in paint and use them to print with or you could glue them onto your design.
Another option that’s great for fine motor skills is to use dot stickers instead of dot markers.
