This cut and paste craft is perfect for helping to learn about how trees change during the seasons and it’s super quick to prepare as well as only needing the most basic supplies to make it.

Grab your scissors, glue and colored pencils to make this easy summer craft.

Summer Tree Printable Craft

This summer tree is the final part in our series of cut and paste seasonal trees with all four seasons now being complete and ready for you to download.

You can also check out our spring tree printable, fall tree printable and winter tree printable and see how our tree changes through the seasons, I think it would look great to make all four and display them together.

Craft Supplies Needed

• Summer tree craft PDF
• White paper or cardstock
• Glue
• Scissors
• Colored markers, coloring pencils or crayons

Cut and Paste Summer Tree

Start by printing out both pages of your PDF, I’ve used normal white printer paper to make mine but if you want something a little more sturdy then choose cardstock instead.

Next up it’s time to start coloring so grab your crayons, coloring pencils or colored markers. Choose bright greens for your tree and a nice bright blue for the summer sky.

Grab your scissors and cut out all of the items from the first page. You’ll find a dotted line around each item to help guide you.

Put a little bit of glue on the back of each item and stick them onto your background page adding the bunches of leaves onto the branches of your trees.

Stick the grass and flowers onto the ground below and don’t forget to add all of the animals to complete your scene.
