What You'll Find on This Page
Earth Day I Spy
Earth Day takes place on April 22nd every year and it’s a great excuse to do some activities with kids to help them learn more about the importance of protecting our environment, something that I think a lot of kids are naturally passionate about anyway.
Download our PDF file and you’ll find three designs in the pack – the first is a black and white design which is perfect if you’re trying to save on printer ink.
The second one has some color around the edges and with the answer boxes and the third is a completed worksheet with the answer key at the bottom filled in so you don’t need to worry about double checking exactly how many pictures of our planet or bicycles there ate in the printable.

Supplies Needed
- Earth Day I Spy PDF
- White printer paper
- Markers or coloring pencils
How To Do An I Spy Activity
This math activity is super easy and you’ll also find the instructions on the printable itself.
All you need to do is print out the design that you want onto white paper and then color the items in before counting them up and writing the number of each items in the box at the bottom of the page.
To help you count them I find it’s best to color all of one item at a time, for example all of the solar panels, and then count them up, but you do the way that works for you!
