Harry and the Bucketful of Dinosaurs is a fantastic book, we discovered the series only a week ago and already it’s helped us with a trip to the dentist and we’ve learnt lots of new dinosaur names! All last week on the Crafts on Sea facebook page I shared blog posts related to this great story as part of my 6 Stories For Summer project and now I’ve rounded them all up so you can get all the Harry and the Bucketful of Dinosaurs activities in one place!
Happy Hooligan’s Dinosaur Activity Bin looks like great fun, it’s water play and sensory play and most importantly full of dinosaurs!
I really want to make these frozen dinosaur eggs from Paging Fun Mums, my son would love them!
This post from I Can Teach My Child about learning to measure using dinosaur feet is a brilliant idea for making learning fun.
In The Playroom had great fun making dinosaur skeletons.
Like most people who need to keep small people entertained, I think free printables are great and these dinosaur colouring pages from ItsyBitsyFun look fab.
And finally you can’t have a bucketful of dinosaurs without a bucket! Here’s a quick Pottery Barn knock off from My Life and Kids who made their own.
If you liked this roundup of Harry and the Bucketful of Dinosaurs activities you might also like my round ups of crafts and activities for Elmer and Miffy at the Seaside!
What a wonderful idea! I’m so excited about your series. Dinosaur makes will be occupying us for the week to come, I think!
