Trick or treating was very much not a thing when I was a kid but it’s something that I’m really pleased my kids have been able to enjoy, they’ve had such a great time dressing up on Halloween night and going round with the other neighborhood kids collecting candy.

What You’ll Need For This Halloween Craft
- Trick or treat bag PDF
- White paper or cardstock
- Colored markers, coloring pencils or crayons
- Scissors
- Glue
How To Make Your Trick or Treat Bag
Start by printing both pages of the PDF file onto white paper or cardstock.
I’ve used normal white printer paper in the tutorial you can see he but if you’d like your craft to be a bit more sturdy then opt for cardstock instead, especially if your child will be playing with this much.

Color in all the parts of the paper trick or treat bag and all of the Halloween candies.
I’ve chosen to use the colors that most remind me of Halloween such as orange, purple, blue and green but you can choose whatever colors are your favorites.
When all the parts are colored in you can cut them out using your scissors, you’ll find a dotted line around each item to help guide you.

Glue the handle of the bag onto the back part of the pumpkin shape. I like using glue sticks for this craft as it allows me to have more control over where the glue goes.

Add some glue around the edge of the back part as directed on the printable itself and then glue the front of the bag on, leaving a gap that can be accessed at the top of the bag.

Stick the mouth and eyes onto the pumpkin to give it a Jack O’lantern theme and then you can put your paper Halloween treats into your trick or treat bag.
