As a parent myself I know how much moms and dads appreciate a homemade card or gift on their special dad but if I’m honest I don’t always have hours to spend helping my kids create something or loads of money to buy tons of specialised craft supplies that will only be used once.
I love this new Father’s Day printable because it’s the perfect mix of prompts that will tug on dad’s heartstrings and those that will give him a good laugh.
Can my kids remember how old their dad is? Well that one’s up for debate but I’m looking forward to seeing what they think dad’s favorite food is and what they think their dad is the best at.

How To Use Your Father’s Day Questionnaire For Kids
This questionnaire is really easy to set up for your child to use, just print out the page that you want to use onto white printer paper.
If you want to make this something that will last over the years then you might want to print it onto cardstock instead to make it a bit more durable or if you really want to protect it you could pop the finished sheet into a picture frame to make the perfect gift!
Grab markers, coloring pencils and crayons to complete all of the separate parts with dad’s favorite things.
You can color in as much of the sheet as you like or leave it in black and white just with the answers written.
Don’t forget to draw in your picture of dad though in the little frame, add dad’s name in the box at the top and add your name and age at the bottom of the page.
