Squirrel Craft

Equipment

  • Build a squirrel craft printable
  • White paper or cardstock
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Coloring pencils, colored markers or crayons

Instructions

  • Print the PDF design onto white paper or cardstock.

  • Color in all of the parts of the squirrel, acorn and tree trunk.
  • Use scissors to cut all the parts out.
  • Glue together the different parts of the squirrel, following the guidance on the printable showing where to glue each bit.

  • Glue the acorn between the squirrels hands and then stick your squirrel on top of the tree stump.

Notes

You could use this printable to make a red or a grey squirrel and use this activity as an excuse to talk about which kind live near you.
