Equipment

  • Build a chick PDF
  • White paper or cardstock
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Coloring pencils, colored markers or crayons

Instructions

  • Print the PDF design onto white paper or cardstock.
  • Color in all the parts of the design.

  • Cut out all of the pieces using scissors.

  • Glue the chicks head onto the top of their body and their legs to the back of the bottom of the main body piece.
  • Stick the chick's beak onto their head and glue their wings onto the back of their body so that they stick out.

Notes

You can use normal printer paper for this craft but cardstock will help make it a bit more durable.
 
You could also use this design to make an Easter card by folding a piece of colored cardstock in half and gluing your finished chick onto the front.
