3D Paper Gingerbread House Craft (Free Printable)
Make a 3D gingerbread house with our free printable template. A perfect Christmas craft for classrooms or family craft time.

Materials
- Free 3D gingerbread house template (PDF)
- White cardstock or paper
- Glue
- Tape or double sided tape
- Colored markers or pencils
- Optional LED tealight
Instructions
- Print the gingerbread house template onto paper or cardstock.
- Color in all the parts of the printable including the gingerbread house and the gingerbread person you will be using.
- Cut out the parts of the craft using scissors and cut out the gaps out for the hole for the front door and the roof.
- Fold along the lines of the house and at the bottom of the gingerbread man and candy canes.
- Glue or tape the tabs to assemble the gingerbread house and roof.
- Glue the sweets onto the paper roof.
- If you are using the base of the house, carefully cut along the dotted lines using a craft knife and then push the paper tabs through the base and secure it in place using tape.
- Optional - place an LED light inside to make a glowing gingerbread lantern.
Notes
If you are making this craft with younger children then skip cutting the base with a craft knife. Your gingerbread house will still stand up without it.
You can make this craft using normal printer paper however using cardstock will make it more sturdy.
