This weekend we made the most of the good weather and managed to sort out a last minute camping trip to The Land in Perranporth. I love camping; being outside, getting to explore a new area, the kids having fun, but I can also find it pretty exhausting. My kids aren’t great sleepers and as much as I want to spend time having fun with them I do struggle sometimes just because I’m so tired, I get moany, short tempered (oops) or I depend on sugar to get through the day. This time though I took some Berocca with me so that I could really make the most of our break and have fun with the kids and explore Perranporth.
Berocca contains 8 B vitamins including B1 and B2 which work with your body to release natural energy. As a supplement they’re something that I’ve taken across the years to help me keep up with my kids, taking one with breakfast means I’m less likely to reach for the biscuits for a sugar boost and they help give me the energy I need to really enjoy time with the kids, joining in not just telling them to go and entertain themselves! Perranporth was a great place to explore with the kids and having more energy this weekend meant that I could explore all of the fun stuff there from our campsite to the town itself.
We stayed on The Land which is a pop up campsite on a small working farm. It’s only open for 28 days so if you didn’t make it there this year then make a note of it for next time around! The views from the site are amazing, we watched a combine harvester in the neighbouring field and then went to meet the animals on the farm, feeding the chickens and having a chat with the pigs, pony and geese.
Of course one of the big pulls of Perranporth is the beach. Living in Cornwall we get to see a lot of gorgeous beaches but Perranporth really is beautiful and it’s big enough to cope with the amount of people that a sunny August bank holiday brings without making you feel like a sardine. We ate ice creams, jumped in the sea, raced in puddles and had a picnic out in the sun. Perranporth as a town is great for kids but it’s hard to drag yourself away from the seaside! Back at the campsite we also managed campfires, making a castle out of hay bales and a quick game of cricket.
Before we went away I told my husband that I thought I’d probably need a nap each day to keep up with the kids but after taking Berocca I ended up not needing it and instead got to join in on the fun. I think Berocca might be coming on all our camping trips in the future!

Looks like you all had a fab time away, I’ve never been camping before but it looks like you all had fun x
I love the take you have done to this post. The farm sounds like a really cute place to visit! Plus your daughter looks adorable in that first pic aw!
I think I am going to have to try some Berocca, I’m always needing a nap after a big day out and definitely need more energy
Sounds like you had a great weekend there and It really looks a beautiful place to visit with my kids.
It was awesome, thank you 🙂
I really need to try Berroca, I’ve heard it’s great for energy levels and my friends swear by it!
Sounds like a fantastic weekend! Isn’t Berocca a lifesaver? I love the stuff. 🙂
This is the third time I read about Berocca today. This just means that a lot are using this because it’s effective plus you can get vitamins from it.
It’s very important to keep our vitamins topped up so we have lots of energy when spending time with our loved ones!
love the idea of the pop up campsite. I’m sure the barocca helped. my old manager used to sear by it!
I recently started using Berocca again recently and I can vouch for it being brilliant at helping to energise throughout the day. I can’t imagine being without it now 🙂
