We are in full Easter mode round here right now so I’m very excited to share with you some easy ways to style an Easter bag. I’ve been working with Print-I-Y who make loads of fun things that you can easily personalise in minutes and today I’ll not only be showing you how we personalised these sweet Easter bags but also some fun Easter tree decorations and some super cute Easter cards too that I can’t wait to send!
3 Easy Ways to Style an Easter Bag
Print-I-Y’s bags come in different sizes and colours but they’re all super simple to personalise with a see through pouch on the front that’s perfect for photos or to show off scrapbooking pages. I used the large jute shopping bag which is perfect for bigger gifts or to carry round all your Easter surprises – my children always talk about ‘Granny’s bag’ which is known to always be full of goodies!
The other smaller bags are Print-I-Y’s pink jute mini bags – perfect for popping in an Easter egg or for Easter hunt supplies. For the large jute shopping bag I took a photo of some of our Easter hunt goodies in the garden and printed the photo out at my local supermarket, once that was done I just had to slot it into the front of the bag. One of the three smaller bags had an Easter photo popped in it too while for the others I designed them to be simple enough for kids to make too – one has a piece of coloured card with Easter stickers stuck on it while we had fun filling the final bag with Easter coloured pom poms and then adding a cardboard sign to it to get it ready for an Easter Egg hunt.
Easter Tree Decorations
As soon as my kids saw these cute Easter tree decorations they couldn’t keep their hands off them! The baubles can be filled with photos but we decided that they had to be used to showcase one of our favourite things about Easter – Mini Eggs! I love the idea of having these out as a decoration during the Easter holidays and then finally opening them on Easter day.
We also filled some with the Easter coloured pom poms, these are a great alternative for Easter trees as they’re super lightweight and the colours look fabulous!
DIY Easter Cards
I must admit that I am not a great card maker but my kids love to send personalised cards and living far away from family I know how much people love to receive them too. We took these photos a couple of weeks ago when the kids were making Easter Bonnets and they’re perfect for Print-I-Y’s cards. The cards take photos which are 4 x 6 inches (the normal printed size) all I had to do was slot in our photos and in seconds they were ready to send, I think they look fantastic!
