Welcome along to this weeks Tuesday Tutorials. This week I’ve gone totally off on a tangent because I saw a fab post linked up and it inspired me to see what other great tutorials are out there. And hey, why not, because Tuesday Tutorials is all about inspiring each other and learning new ideas. So this weeks round up is all about thrifty Mad Hatters tea party ideas, because I love a themed tea party and I love a thrifty one even more!
Welcome back to Tuesday Tutorials. This week I’ve started sewing again after a long absence and I’ve been loving it! We spent last weekend reviewing a cottage staycation (more on that later!) where I did some work on leather bag I’ve been making forever and when we got back I started a sewing project for my son (more on that later too!) Because I’m a bit thrifty though I hate throwing nice material away so I’m always trying to think of things to do with the scraps, after all that stuff is expensive! Thankfully Tuesday Tutorials came to my rescue via some of the posts linked up last week and inspired this round up of fantastic things to make with fabric scraps.
Are you enjoying the better spring weather? We certainly are! Both my kids have been having loads of fun playing outdoors and doing a bit of gardening. From looking at last weeks Tuesday Tutorials linky it looks like we’re not the only ones, there were loads of nature and gardening inspired activities linked up! Quite often after my kids have been enjoying something it’s still on their mind so inspired by that I thought that this week I’d showcase some indoor gardening activities for kids, not quite covering your house in compost but perfect for gardening inspired crafts that you can do in your home.
Welcome along to this weeks Tuesday Tutorials. This week I’m sharing some awesome animal crafts that were linked up last week, as well as a few of my all time favourite posts that I couldn’t help but include! There’s some cool paper plate animals, paper mache and some fun animal activities too. Something for everyone I hope!
Welcome back to Tuesday Tutorials, I hope you’ve all had a fab week and have been making and doing lots of marvellous things! The weather here over the Easter weekend was totally undecided with rain, wind and sunshine, so inspired by that and some of the posts linked up last week I’m sharing a fun round up of weather crafts and activities. Hopefully it will inspire the weather to show it’s nicer side more often too?!
Welcome back to Tuesday Tutorials. With Spring finally making its way here and daffodils and crocuses in full effect I thought it would be fun to share some DIY paper flowers that were linked up last week as well as some gorgeous ones that I found and just couldn’t resist! All of these make great ways to bring a bit of the outside into your home and of course there’s the added bonus of not having to water these cute flower crafts!
Welcome along to Tuesday Tutorials! This week I’ve been getting all excited about Spring finally getting started (didn’t Winter last forever?) and I’m sharing some fun St Patricks Day activities for preschoolers that were linked up last week as well as a couple I found that I couldn’t resist sharing with you!
This week on Tuesday Tutorials I’m sharing some cool resist art projects that were linked up to last weeks linky as well as some gorgeous looking ideas that I found from around the internet. Resist art is a fun way for kids to try a new technique and there are loads of cool ways to do it including wax resist, tape resist and glue resist art!
Welcome back to Tuesday Tutorials! This week we’ve been really enjoying doing some simple science experiments at home so for my round up I’m sharing some science experiments for preschoolers that were linked up last week!
With the arrival of New Year a lot of us start thinking about how to be more healthy, once you have kids it’s not just you that you think of but your children too. This week I’m linking up my post on 40+ foods your baby can eat before they have teeth, as my daughter will eat anything, however, like a lot of preschoolers my son is a lot more picky so I’m sharing some great healthy snacks for kids today to help inspire me too!
