Halloween is my favourite time for crafting and my kids love it too so I’m very excited to share this cupcake liner bat craft for kids today. It’s super simple to make, uses materials you probably already have and I’ve even included a little video that you can watch to check how it’s made. Perfect!

What You'll Find on This Page
You will need:
Black cupcake liners or muffin cases
Card or paper
Scissors
White card or paper
Red pen
Making your cupcake liner bat craft for kids:
Fold a cupcake liner in half and then cut out semicircles to make your bat wings, making sure that you cut the whole way through the cupcake liner or they’ll still be attached when you unfold them. If this does happen it’s not a problem – just snip them apart at the bottom.
Glue your bat wings onto your paper or card and then flatten out your second cupcake liner and glue that into the middle of the two wings to make a body for it. Next up glue on your googly eyes and then cut the fangs out of white card or paper. Of course you don’t have to colour the end of them red but I know at Halloween especially my kids are far more interested in vampire bats than they are in the normal kind! Glue them on and your bat is finished. Want to check out how it’s done? Just watch the video below!
